Since 1953, Chez Davia has carried on the spirit of Niçoise cuisine through three generations of the same family.
In the heart of Nice, our family-run restaurant draws inspiration from the region’s rich culinary traditions while allowing each generation to bring its own touch and personality. Daube Niçoise, Barbajuans and our famous Lemon Tart are among the house specialties, alongside seasonal creations inspired by the market and the changing seasons.
At Chez Davia, we believe in honest, generous cooking that places flavour and quality ingredients at the centre of the experience. Rather than pursuing culinary theatrics or unnecessary sophistication, we focus on sharing the authentic tastes and convivial spirit of the French Riviera.
